Semi- retired, Richard L. Brown, Ph.D., FACHE is the President and CEO of Lee Brown and Associates, a health services management and consulting business. He provides executive coaching to health care executives and mentoring to students throughout the U.S. Dr. Brown’s career spans over 35 years of administrative experience in a variety of health services organizations, both private and non-profit that served vulnerable populations.

He is skilled at interacting effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including advocacy organizations, state and local government, philanthropic organizations as well as health care providers. He is strong in managing program budgets, ensuring financial accountability, quality improvement, and physician satisfaction as well as maintaining operational and performance standards. Dr. Brown is a seasonal administrator with proven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Dr. Brown has served 10 years as Assistant or Adjunct Professor at four universities.

He is a co-author of the number one bestselling book called “Mission Unstoppable”, a book of inspiring stories of failures blessings.

Dr. Brown has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Missouri University-St Louis, a master’s degree in Hospital and Health Services Administration from St. Louis University, and an earned doctorate degree in Adult and Continuing Education from Florida State University

Had a “hole in one” in 2010 and plays tenor, alto, and saprano saxophone.
