Guest Artist Master Classes
Guest artist master classes serve as an opportunity for students of all ages to learn from professional artists in their respective genres. NOMA holds regular master classes with a wide range of musicians.
Dan Wilson | Saturday, Oct. 28.
Dan Wilson is a GRAMMY® Award-nominated guitarist and composer. His musical identity has been shaped by everything from gospel and blues to traditional jazz, hip-hop and horn players like Sonny Rollins and Joe Henderson. He has performed with several jazz legends, including Eric Marienthal, Russell Malone, Les McCann, René Marie, Jeff Hamilton, David Sanborn and Dave Stryker. Hailed as “one of the brightest new talents on the instrument today,” Wilson teaches jazz guitar and music theory in between writing albums and touring.
