We’re showcasing The Bar-Kays, MonoNeon and Keyon Harrold for Saturday along with other performers like Mohini Dey on Thursday, Frank McComb on Friday and a returning NOMAFEST favorite Richie Love on Sunday. Meet the Artists

The Bar-Kays

The Bar-Kays are Memphis funk pioneers dubbed “founding fathers of funk,” blending soul and rock into a bold, influential sound. They helped define modern funk and built a legacy through innovation, resilience, and dynamic collaborations.

MonoNeon

MonoNeon is a Memphis-born experimental bassist known for his vibrant style and YouTube presence. A Grammy winner for King’s Disease, he also collaborated with Prince and released a Fender signature bass collection.

Keyon Harrold

Keyon Harrold is a Grammy-nominated trumpeter, vocalist, and composer blending jazz, hip-hop, and soul. He’s collaborated with talents like Jay-Z, Nas, and Robert Glasper, using music as both creative expression and cultural activism.

Mohini Dey

Mohini Dey is a globally acclaimed bassist, producer, and vocalist from Mumbai, known for virtuosic technique and versatility. A Forbes India Under 30 honoree, she’s performed worldwide and currently plays for Willow Smith.

Frank McComb

Frank McComb is a soul vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer with a 25+ year career. Known for independent artistry, he’s earned major accolades, global recognition, and continues to inspire through music, education, and creative entrepreneurship.

Richie Love

Richie Love is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and producer whose career spans 35+ years. Founder of Saxworld Productions, he performs, records, and mentors while blending jazz, blues, R&B, and funk, continuing a family legacy of musical excellence.
